Specialist Machining

Combined Pumps have invested extensively in multi-axis CNC machining centres to produce our range of pump components allowing us to minimise production times by utilising “one-hit” machining.

Using the latest 3D design software to develop our own products, our in-house off-line programming department creates complex CNC programs to manufacture components thus reducing machine downtime.

All programs are electronically transferred to the machine, & once proven, electronically archived onto a DNC database for future production use.

Parts can be manufactured from raw material to finished component with one program.
Each component passes through our QC department prior to final assembly & testing.
All manufacturing is fully traceable from raw material purchase to final delivery on our Emax RM6 database ensuring continued compliance with ISO 9001 accreditation.

We regularly undertake sub-contract machining work for major companies from aluminium to super-duplex materials for the Oil & Gas market.
