P6 Pumps are suitable and commonly used for fluid transfer, or flushing. The high flow rates, along with the ATEX rating, make it suitable for use in Zone 1 rated areas for the transfer of hydrocarbons or for use in any hazardous areas for the transfer of most fluids. The air-driven mechanism makes it suitable for use in almost any environment.
The P6 can achieve flow rates of up to 5,250 bbls/day of liquid and up to pressures of 1,450 psi.
The pumps were initially designed for the transfer of hydrocarbons, however the robust design along with the corrosion-resistant components and seal system make them suitable for transfer of most fluids and chemicals.
The pump’s seal system can be changed if required for use with specific chemicals.
